      Private Events at SIMPRO Academy

Book the venue for corporate team-building, birthdays, bachelor parties, and group race nights on professional-grade racing simulators — inside Soho Pool Club at Boat Lagoon Marina, Phuket. We run the format, the tech, and the timing; you bring the group. Everyone drives, everyone gets a lap time, and there's a real winner at the end.

SIMPRO Academy is Phuket's dedicated racing and flight simulation centre. For private events we open the floor to your group and turn our coaching rigs into a competition everyone can join — whether they've never held a wheel or they're a seasoned track-day driver. To check dates and group sizes, call +66 62 962 2822 or email info@simproacademyphuket.com.

      Why groups choose SIMPRO

This isn't an arcade. Our simulators are the same professional-grade rigs we coach on — Simucube 2 Pro direct-drive wheelbases, Simtrecs load-cell pedals, and 32-inch curved triple-monitor setups — running iRacing, the platform real race teams train on. That means the driving feels genuinely close to the real thing, so the competition means something and the bragging rights are earned.

Because it's hands-on and level, a private event works for a mixed group: complete beginners get a quick setup brief and are driving within minutes, while confident drivers can push for the fastest lap. Everyone races the same car on the same track, so it's a fair fight from the first lap.

      Event formats

We tailor each event to your group, but the most popular formats are:

      • Corporate team-building — a structured race night with timed qualifying and a group leaderboard. Great for team offsites, client entertainment, and staff rewards.
      • Birthday & celebration parties — a fun, competitive centrepiece for milestone birthdays and group celebrations.
      • Bachelor / bachelorette & stag groups — a high-energy activity block that's easy to combine with food and drinks at Soho Pool Club.
      • Private tournaments & race nights — a full bracket or grid format with a podium finish and a crowned champion.

Every format ends the same way: a leaderboard, a winner, and a group that's had a genuinely good time.

At the venue — SIMPRO + Soho Pool Club

SIMPRO Academy sits inside Soho Pool Club at Boat Lagoon Marina, so a race night pairs naturally with food, drinks, and a relaxed poolside setting. Groups can race in rotations and regroup at the club between sessions — the driving is the event, and the venue is the after-party. It's one of the few Phuket group activities that's fully weather-proof, air-conditioned, and runs to a schedule you can plan around.

      Plan your event

Tell us your group size, date, and the vibe you're after, and we'll shape the format and timing to fit. We'll confirm availability, rotation plan, and what's included.
