These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SIMPRO Academy Phuket website (simproacademyphuket.com) and all simulator services, experiences, coaching sessions, and events offered at our venue. This includes racing simulators, flight simulators, VR experiences, group sessions, and corporate events. By accessing our website or booking a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All session bookings made via our website, phone, or email are subject to availability and confirmation by SIMPRO Academy Phuket. A booking is only confirmed upon our written or electronic acknowledgement. Standard session pricing starts at ฿1,300 for a 90-minute session; pricing for specialist packages, group sessions, and corporate events will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must sign a consent and waiver form before the session begins. The minimum recommended age for most simulator experiences is 10 years, subject to height requirements and discretion of our instructors. SIMPRO Academy Phuket reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual it deems unfit or unsafe for a session.
Important: Simulator and VR experiences may cause motion sickness, dizziness, disorientation, or discomfort. Individuals with epilepsy, heart conditions, inner ear disorders, pregnancy, or other relevant medical conditions should consult a physician before participating.
Participants are required to complete a brief health declaration before their first session. SIMPRO Academy Phuket reserves the right to postpone or refuse a session if a participant’s health or condition may pose a safety risk to themselves or others.

SIMPRO Academy Phuket reserves the right to immediately terminate a session, without refund, if a participant behaves dangerously, damages equipment, or fails to follow instructor guidance.
All simulator equipment, including Simucube wheel bases, Simtrecs pedals, GSI racing wheels, Thrustmaster flight controls, VR headsets, and Sparco/Recaro seats, is professionally maintained and provided in full working condition. Participants will be held financially responsible for damage to equipment caused by negligence or deliberate misuse.
SIMPRO Academy Phuket may photograph or video record sessions for promotional, social media, or marketing purposes. By participating, you consent to this. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify our staff before your session begins.
SIMPRO Academy Phuket takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and enjoyment of every participant. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss, personal injury, or damage arising from participation in simulator activities, unless caused directly by our negligence. Participation in all simulator and VR experiences is at the participant’s own risk.
All content on simproacademyphuket.com, including photographs, logos, text, branding, and race/flight simulation content, is the intellectual property of SIMPRO Academy Phuket or its licensors. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Phuket, Thailand.
