SIMPRO Academy Phuket aims to provide an exceptional simulator experience for every participant. We understand that plans can change, and this policy outlines the process for making, modifying, and cancelling bookings, as well as our approach to refunds.
Session bookings can be made through the following channels:
A booking is considered confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation from the SIMPRO Academy Phuket team.
Individual simulator sessions may be paid in full at the venue on the day. Corporate events, group bookings of 4 or more participants, and tournament/competition packages require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposit requirements will be clearly communicated at the time of confirmation.

Cancellations are only accepted in writing (email or message). Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
In the rare event that a simulator or piece of equipment experiences a technical fault during a session, SIMPRO Academy Phuket will offer either a full rescheduling of the session or a pro-rated refund for time lost due to the fault. We will not charge for downtime caused by equipment or technical issues on our side.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. SIMPRO Academy Phuket is not responsible for delays caused by the participant’s bank or payment provider.
In the event that SIMPRO Academy Phuket must cancel or modify a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (including severe weather, government directives, power outages, or other force majeure events), we will offer a full refund of all deposits paid, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Participants who arrive late to their booked session will receive the remaining session time only. Session time cannot be extended to compensate for late arrival. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as early as possible so we can try to accommodate you.
If a participant is unable to complete a session due to motion sickness, discomfort, or a medical condition, SIMPRO Academy Phuket will assess refunds or rescheduling on a case-by-case basis. We encourage all participants with relevant health concerns to disclose these at the time of booking.
